Die bekannten hervorragenden Eigenschaften des Torfkokses als Anteil der Schwelrückstände der Form- oder Preßlinge machen auch diese wertvoller: Der Wert der Erfindung liegt demnach darin, daß die Schwelung der Steinkohle mit der Spülgasheizung in Schwelöfen und Generatoren durchgeführt werden kann, wodurch Anlage-und Bedienungskosten derartiger Werke verringert und Schwelerzeugnisse von hohem Wert erzeugt werden.
