mit Gegengewicht, welche in einer durcheinen Absehlußdeckel verschließbaren Bodenöffnung
angeordnet ist. Bei den bekannten Treppen dieser Art wird durch das Gegengewicht
das ganze Gewicht der Treppe oder ein Teil desselben beim Schließen aufgehoben,
so daß nicht das ganze Treppengewicht bei der Schließbewegung überwunden werden
muß. Dabei ergibt sich, daß, während die Wirkung des Gegengewichtes in jeder Lage
gleich ist, das wirksame Gewicht der Treppe im geöffneten Zustande am gröfAen ist
und dann bis zur Schließstellung stetig abnimmt. Dadurch erwächst der Nachteil,
daß je nach Wahl des Gegengewichtes nur in einer bestimmten Stellung durch dasselbe
das Gewicht der Treppe aufgehoben ist und in den andern Lagen eine Kraftanstrengung
