Description
Sicherheitsvorrichtung für Schallaufzeichnungs- und -wiedergabemaschinen mit band- oder drahtförmigem Tonträger, insbesondere Stahltonträger Bei mit band- .oder drahtförmigen, insbesondere mit magnetisierbaren Tonträgern arbeitenden Schallaufzeichnungs- und -wiedergabemaschinen werden die Spulenkästen in der Regel auswechselbar angeordnet, um einen neuen Tonträger in die Apparatur einführen zu können. Bei den meisten Konstruktionen sind die Auf- und Abwickelspule in einem gemeinsamen Kasten angeordnet, so daß die beiden Spulen gleichzeitig, nachdem der Sprechkopf geöffnet worden ist, von der Maschine abgenommen werden können. Die Maschinen besitzen außerdem eine selbsttätige Endausschaltung, die den Stromkreis des ' Antriebmotors unterbricht, sobald der Tonträger nahezu abgelaufen ist. Dies kann z. Beim Ablauf des Tonträgers wird gleichzeitig die Spindel 5, wie ,oben schon angegeben, gedreht. Auf der Spindel 5 wird hierbei eine Mutter 6 verschoben, die in der Endstellung des Tonträgers Kontakte 7 und 8 unterbricht. In der Abbildung ist der Fall gezeigt, daß der Kontakt 7 in der rechten Endstellung von 6 geöffnet ist. Der Motorstromkreis (Motor 9, Stromquelle io) ist unterbrochen. Wird nun der Spulenkasten nach oben abgehoben, so wird der Kontakt; wieder geschlossen, da der Druck der Mutter 6 gegen die KontaK:; feder aufhört, d.h. der Motor läuft wieder alir. Erfolgt das Abnehmen nun nicht gleich=, mäßig bzw. rasch genug, so wird der Tonträger weiter angetrieben und unter Umständen abgerissen. Es sind daher erfindungsgemäß weitere Kontaktstellen i i und 12 vorgesehen, die ebenfalls im Motorstromkreis liegen. Wird jetzt der Spulenkasten abgenommen, so schließt sich zwar der Kontakt ; wieder. dafür ist aber der Kontakt i i bzw. 12 geöffnet. Der Motor kann also trotzdem nicht anlaufen. Es sind zweckmäßig zwei Kontakte i i und 12 vorgesehen, um auch bei einem schiefen Abnehmen des Spurenkastens die Ausschaltung zu bewirken.
