Entladen mittels Abstreifers bewirkt.
Abwurfband 10.The invention relates to mobile unloading devices for box and plate conveyor belts for unloading the same at any point along their course. In known unloading devices of this type, the unloading is effected by means of strippers. In order to avoid inconveniences resulting from this, the unloading device according to the invention is only unloaded by suitable guidance of the conveyor belt over rollers. For this purpose, the unloading device according to the invention is equipped with a conveyor belt run 5 from above which also serves as a throwing disc reversing disk running downwards, onto which the conveying belt run runs from its carriageway and with a second running around from the above-mentioned belt run after leaving the above-mentioned reversing disk in the form of a cross loop, the belt sections of which are located next to one another in arched guides extending to the side of the belt runway, from bottom to top Reversing disk from which the aforementioned belt run reaches its track again. There are already known mobile unloading devices for belt conveyors with flexible conveyor belts for unloading the same at any point along their course, in which the conveyor belt with its load where the run is guided one after the other from its career via a reversing disc that also serves as a throw-off disc and then over a second reversing disc and from the latter back onto its track; however, these known unloading devices are not suitable for box and apron belts because they do not allow them to be guided around the reversing disks like flexible conveyor belts on the upper and lower sides. In the drawing, in Figs. 1 and 2, an unloading device according to the invention is shown, for example, schematically in view and plan view. It denotes 3 the +5 track ^ of the box or plate conveyor belt ι and E the along the track 3 movable unloading device. 4 is a reversing disk, which also serves as a discharge disk, for the conveyor belt on the unloading device, and 5 is a second reversing disk on the same. F are two curved guides for the conveyor belt on the unloading device, which protrude from the side of the track 3. The conveying upper loaded strand 6 of the conveyor belt runs from its track 3 from first to the disk 4 and circulates it from top to bottom, the conveyed material is thrown from the conveyor belt, then through one of the guides F to disk 5, which it in the form of a Cross loop circulates from bottom to top, whereupon it is returned to its track 3 again by the other guide F. The passage of the conveyor belt sections 7, 8 to one another when the conveyor belt is guided around the disc 5 by means of the guides / 7 is made possible by the articulated design of the connection of the belt elements that make up the conveyor belt, which is common with box and plate conveyor belts. 11 is the wedge disk of the band at the right end of the bench. 9 is a transfer belt on the unloading device for transferring the conveyed goods dropped on the disc 4 to a dropping belt 10 also arranged on the unloading device.
