Switch with arc extinguishing by compressed gas and multiple interruption
In the 64030o patent there is a switch with arc extinguishing by pressurized gas and
Multiple interruption described, its interruption points in a common
Blow the switching chamber and separate it through fixed partitions made of insulating material
are separated. In a particular embodiment of this switch, there are
Breaker contacts made of tubular contact pieces that are concentric to one another,
surrounded and arranged alternately movable and stationary.
Another useful embodiment of this type of breaker contacts
is the subject of the invention. The new arrangement. Consists in that the breaker contacts
consist of ring-shaped contact pieces, which around an inner, preferably pin-shaped
formed contact arranged concentrically and in the same way as with the switch
of the parent patent are alternately movable and fixed. The concentric arrangement
a larger number of contact rings. has the advantage that once
a certain voltage distribution takes place due to the series connection,
so that the individual interruption points are less stressed. Further
the blowing becomes easier, and it can: rather achieve a smooth movement
will.
The power interruption and the switching off of the switch in the event of a
Series connection of the crane cycles can take place with particular advantage in that
the pin-shaped contact connected to the power supply line is set to sufficient when switching off
Isolation distance is separated, while the intermediate contacts only separate so far,
than is necessary to interrupt the power supply.
Schaltkammer sitzenden Kontakt 6. Kontaktring 15 sitzt isoliert auf dem Kontaktstück
Ende des Ringes 8 ein Zuführungsrohr i i
ange-.ordnet.
Embodiments of the invention are shown in the figures. Fig. I shows an arrangement in which the one power supply is located on the movable switching piece i, the other power supply on the contact 6 located at the upper end of the switching chamber. Contact ring 15 is isolated on the contact piece i. The current then passes from the feed contact 6 to the ring contact 15 and to the contact ring 8, which is attached to the insulating sleeve; 9 is attached, and continues over the contact tip make the pin contact i. The inner insulating nozzle 9 is fixed in the outer nozzle 7 by three or more ribs 10. The ribs io must be so that they have sufficient distance from the focal point of the arc so that they cannot be easily destroyed. If necessary, they can also be manufactured as insert pieces; they can also be made of metal. With the correct arrangement and position, the screen will favorably influence the arc extinguishing. The position of the nozzles g and 7 to one another must be such that favorable flow lines are present in every space, and the length of the nozzles must be chosen so that the arcs cannot hit one another. In the shown arrangement, the pressurized gas is q by the arms., Where the ring is 1 5 attached not inhibited in its passage, so it can flow directly upward. For safe feeding into the nozzle 9 is at the bottom. At the end of the ring 8 a feed pipe ii is arranged. This must protrude far enough into the switching chamber to prevent the arcs from being driven laterally against one another at the separation point below.

endigen.
stattfindet.Fig.2 shows an arrangement similar to Fig. I, only instead of the

to end. The contact 6 is pulled upwards as a metal nozzle. The insulating nozzle 9 is
held by ribs io in this outer nozzle. The ring 15 is at its lower
The end is resiliently slotted so that it makes intimate contact. These slots can
be designed so that a certain pre-flow when moving the contact
takes place.
Schaltstück i mitgenommen wird.
zu i unterbricht. In Fig. 3 it is shown how the ring 15 is carried along by the contact piece i via a spring 2o. After the deletion, projections 1 6 of the ring 15 lie against stops ig, so that then only the contact piece i is taken along, thereby compressing the spring. When switching on, the ring 15 is moved upwards by the stop 18. In Fig.q. and 5 is shown an arrangement in which the ring is dissolved in four individual contact pieces 1 5 and the contact ring 8 is supported by an insulating ring 12 which is in turn attached to Zwischenwän-yl h 23rd The nozzle 9 sits freely on the contact ring B. An insulating tube with grooves 2 i is attached to the contact piece i, which, after it has been switched off in the upper part of the switching chamber, lies between the contacts 22 and i and thus also interrupts the power supply to i.
