In order to have perfect reception in the big city and from those in the houses to free existing disturbance effects has been proposed in the low-disturbance To arrange a high antenna on the roof area and statically shield the downstairs to the receiver. It high-frequency cables are used as antenna conductors, which consist of a conductor and a concentrically surrounding this conductor, conductive sheath. The jacket is connected to the earth terminal of the receiver, the inner conductor to the Antenna clamp placed.
It has now been shown that reception is by no means the most interference-free in all cases when the cable jacket or the receiver housing are grounded. The reasons for this are to be developed using the receiving system shown schematically in Fig. 1. An antenna A is shown there, the energy of which is transmitted to the receiver /? is fed via the high frequency cable ^. If the cable is correctly connected to the receiver, the shielding of the receiver is so completely connected to the jacket of the cable that the illustration shown in the figure is permissible, according to which the receiver is, as it were, housed inside the cable. Completely different currents can flow on the inside and outside of the cable jacket without interfering with one another, since the high-frequency currents only penetrate the conductor very little. The prerequisite for this is that the cable is correctly constructed in a manner known per se.
The current supplied to the receiver R via the inner conductor of the cable flows up the inside of the cable jacket and back down on the outside of the cable jacket. At the same time, its value becomes smaller and smaller, as more and more capacitive flows to the antenna. In this way the cycle of the lines of force is established. It should be noted that the dimensions of radio antennas are always small compared to the wavelengths, so that it is permissible to consider the capacitances distributed per se as concentrated and to neglect the inductances. The scheme shown in Fig. 1 is then obtained.
Weiterhin sind die Antenne und der Kabelmantel über Kapazitäten Cae und C*e direkt zur Erde verbunden, und es besteht außerdemAn interferer S, which on the one hand is directly or capacitively connected to earth, is on the other hand, since an electrical near field is generated, via stray capacitances C / β and Ca, which are of the order of magnitude of up to 30 ypF , with the antenna on the one hand and with the outside of the cable jacket on the other hand coupled. Furthermore, the antenna and the cable jacket are connected directly to the earth via capacitances C ae and C * e , and it also exists

Durch geeignete Dimensionierung läßt sich ein Brückengleichgewicht erreichen, bei dem dann der Empfänger gegen den Störer entkoppelt ist.between the antenna and the outside of the cable jacket a direct capacitance Cak in Fig. 2 are the capaci? would be recorded in a different way, ... piss' you can see that they are in the arms of a Wheatstone bridge. In one; The interfering EMKS lies diagonally, in the other the receiver connected via the cable and parallel to it the capacitance C "k ίο between the antenna and the outer cable sheath. A bridge equilibrium can be achieved through suitable dimensioning, in which the receiver is then decoupled from the interferer.
According to the invention, it is proposed to use one or more of the existing capacities to make variable and thereby a balance for at least one main interferer perform.
There are many known possibilities for the solution of the thought. If the balance can be produced by enlarging by Cke, a variable capacitor is connected between the cable and ground. In the other case, if Cke is already too large, the capacitance C ae between antenna and earth would have to be increased. This can be done, for example, in that, as indicated in Fig. 3, the inner conductor is led out directly at the receiver and connected to earth via a variable capacitor. Another possibility is indicated by Fig. 4: Here Cke and Cae are changed by the differential capacitor D at the same time.
