Process for the preparation of dyestuffs of the pyrone series It has been found that valuable dyestuffs of the pyrone series are obtained if acidic dyestuffs of the pyrone series which have the general formula are prepared by processes known per se correspond, in the R ,. Hydrogen, alkyl or oxyalkyl, R2 an iso- or heterocyclic radical containing more than two rings, X an open or ring-shaped carbon chain, e.g. B. an alkyl or aryl group, which can also be substituted, y is hydrogen, halogen or an alkyl group and S is one or more sulfonic acid groups.

These dyes can be obtained in a variety of ways. For example, such dyes can be obtained by condensation of fluororescein chlorine Fluorescein bromide or its substitution products with the following amines and subsequent sulfonation obtained: aminodiphenylbenzene, aminooxydiphenylbenzene, aminophenylnäphthalin, aminodinaphthyl, aminophenyldighenylaxüin, jd. Aminofluoren, Aminofluoranthene,; # :; Aininoclirysen, Aminopyrene, Aminoäcenäghthen, i-Aminocarbazole; 2-aminocarbazole, 3 Amino-N-äthylcarba_7, pla Aminoanthracen, Aminoanthraquinone, Am @ iiö: - 'phenanthrene and their substitution products. You can also produce the dyes in such a way that phthalic anhydride or its derivatives, For example, chlorinated phthalic anhydrides, condensed with aryl-m-aminophenols, which are obtained from resorcinol and the above-mentioned amines, and sulfonated at the same time or afterwards. Prepare benzoylbenzoic acids by condensation with aryl aminophenols. By suitable selection of the components it is also possible to obtain asymmetrical dyes. Further dyes of the type mentioned are obtained if succinic anhydride is used instead of phthalic anhydride for the condensation of aryl anhydride; One can also condense aryl-m-aminophenols, for example with benzaldehyde or benzaldehyde disulfonic acids Compounds used in a fashion can contain other substituents, such as OH, N 02, N H2, alkyl, COOH, etc., in addition to the groups required for the reaction.
Beispiel i Ein Gemisch von 15o Teilen 2-Aminocarbazol,
mit i Mol Phthalsäurehydrid. The dyes obtainable by the present process provide
in addition to blue and purple, there are also hues that are on the green side of the spectrum
are shifted towards. Such shades are found with the known lower molecular ones
So far, it has not been possible to obtain dyes of a similar structure. Also stand out
the new dyes have a much better wash fastness compared to them
known dyes. Example i A mixture of 150 parts of 2-aminocarbazole,
i 50 parts of fluorescein chloride; 50o parts quinoline and zoo parts zinc chloride will be
Heated for 3 hours to 170 to 180 ° and 1 hour to 220 to 23o ° with thorough stirring.
The reaction product is cleaned several times with hot, dilute hydrochloric acid
and the dried dye is further extracted with organic solvents.
It is sulfonated by a conventional method, e.g. B. with concentrated sulfuric acid
at 20 to 30 °, and thus receives a dye, silk, viscose, cotton, wool
and blended fabrics made of viscose and cotton in a clear, greenish blue shade
good lightfastness. The same dye is obtained by condensation
of 2 moles of carbazyl-m-aminophenol, which is produced from 2-aminocarbazole and resorcinol,
with 1 mole of phthalic acid hydride.
-i= Weiter erhält man den gleichen Farbstoff Uürch Kondensation der
q.-Carbazylaminoo-oxybenzoylbenzoesäure
mit dem Carbazyl-m-aminophenol
und Sulfonierung.-i = The same dye is obtained Uürch condensation of q.-carbazylaminoo-oxybenzoylbenzoic acid with the carbazyl-m-aminophenol and sulfonation.
-Beispiel 2 Zoo Teile Ainino-2-phenylnaphthalin
in Beispiel i genannten Faserstoffe in violettem Ton färbt. Beispiel 3 iSo Teile
Man erhält
If dichlorofluorescein chloride is used instead of fluorescein chloride or i-aminocarbazole or 3-amino-N-ethylcarbazole is used instead of 2-aminocarbazole, dyes are obtained which give similar shades. Example 2 parts of amino-2-phenylnaphthalene and 75 parts of fluorescein chloride are heated to 225 ° for 2 to 3 hours in the presence of parts of zinc chloride. The powdered melt can be sulfonated immediately or after prior purification. This leads to a dye which dyes the fibrous materials mentioned in Example i in a purple shade. Example 3 50 parts of 3-aminopyrene and 120 parts of fluorescein chloride are heated in the presence of 150 parts of zinc chloride and 50 parts of quinoline to ao5 ° for 212 hours and then to 23o ° for 212 hours. The melt is then cleaned as in Example i and sulfonated with sulfuric acid monohydrate. The dye obtained dyes viscose, silk and cotton in a blue-green shade. Example 4 In a mixture of 114 parts of 3-amino-N-3'-oxyphenyl) pyrene of the formula (obtained by condensation of 3-aminopyrene with resorcinol in the presence of boric acid), 16 parts of succinic anhydride and 14 parts of zinc chloride are condensed for 2 hours at 150 to 160 ° and for 3 to 5 hours at 170 ° with stirring. It is then allowed to cool, the product is pulverized and extracted several times with dilute hot sodium hydroxide solution and then with dilute hot hydrochloric acid. The dyestuff purified in this way is dried and sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric acid at about ao ° '. A dye is obtained; 'the silk-dyes in green tone with good waterfastness.
