Description
PendeYnd aufgehängter Ladesenker für abriebempfindliches Gut Ladesenker, die der schonenden Abwärtsförderung von abriebempfindlichem Gut dienen, zeigen, daß trotz aller Sorgfalt in der Konstruktion der Abrieb des Gutes immer noch zu groß ist, weil dem Förderer das Gut im abwärts laufenden Trumteil zugeführt wird. Zwar sind auch Ladesenker vorhanden., denen das Gut oberhalb der oberen Umkehrtrommel zufällt. Bei diesen wird das Abfallen des Gutes an der Rückseite dadurch vermieden, daß die Tragplatten starr am endlos umlaufenden Mittel angebracht sind. Es sind weiter Strebförderer bekannt, welche am oberen Ende über zwei Trommeln geführt sind. Diese unterscheiden sich grundsätzlich dadurch von der vorliegenden Erfindung, daß ihre Beladung am unteren Teil des Förderers vorgenommen wird und sie nicht pendelnd aufgehängt sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist man dazu übergegangen, diese Ladesenker oben mit zwei Trommeln e und d; unten dagegen mit einer Trommel f auszuführen. Dadurch entsteht oben für das ankommende Gut eine breite Auffangfläche. Diese ist wegen der pendelnden Aufhängung des Senkers notwendig, damit in allen Lagen zwischen Senker und Zubringer das Gut einen gesicherten Einlauf in den Senker findet. Der Hohlraum unter der Aufgabestelle wird in an sich bekannter Weise zur Unterbringung des Antriebes g benutzt.
