Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vervollkommnung derartiger Vorrichtungen und kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß der Vorratsbehälter, die Fördertrommel und die Schneidvorrichtung einen selbständigen und ohne Zerlegungsarbeit ins Gehäuse der Vorrichtung einschiebbaren und aus ihm herausnehmbaren Einsatzkörper bilden, die Wählvorrichtung, das Triebwerk und die Teile zum Sperren der Fördertrommel jedoch in fester Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse der Vorrichtung stehen, wobei bei eingeschobenem Einsatzkörper das Zusammenwirken der Fördertrommel mit ihren Antriebs- und Sperrmitteln gewährleistet ist. Bei einer Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist am Einsatzkörper ein Sperrglied vorgesehen, das bei herausgenommenem Einsatzkörper durch Eingriff in die Fördertrommel diese sperrt, bei eingeschobenem Einsatzkörper jedoch durch einen festen Anschlag im Gehäuse außer Eingriff mit der Fördertrommel gehalten wird.
