Process for the production of inclined place piles from rammed
Concrete using a jacking pipe The specialist literature does not recommend
Making inclined site piles from rammed concrete using a jacking pipe,
because with the deviation from the vertical, the reduction in the piling capacity increases
is to be feared.
leidet. It has now been shown that even with a considerable deviation from the vertical, a reduction in the piling performance is not noticeable if, as is done according to the invention, the ram ram, which is beveled at the bottom, guides the bevel against the edge of the inclined propulsion pipe strikes and then penetrates the pipe in a manner known per se in order to hit a driving head seated at the lower end of the pipe, and after the end of the ramming, the bear is used to stamp the concrete pile, so that the bear here also strikes the upper edge of the pipe and in the inclined pipe penetrates. The ram is also used to form the driving head by compressing a pre-filled limited amount of concrete beneficial as it is the subject of patent 550,484. It has been shown that even this propulsive head formation, which requires particularly strong blows, does not suffer from the considerable deviation of the ram guide from the vertical.
The method is explained with reference to the schematic Fig. I. a is
the inclined propulsion pipe that rests against the inclined guide track b and
is guided by means of a bracket c and a wire rope d. f is the one beveled at the bottom
Ram, which is pulled up by the wire rope and initially outside the
Pipe a falls on the guide track b, then strikes against the edge of the pipe a
and penetrates the pipe to strike the driving head i. In the illustrated
Embodiment is assumed that the drive head i in the manner indicated by
the first blows of the battering bear on one poured into the lower part of the pipe
certain amount of concrete is formed. By continued blows on the so formed
Driving head i is the pipe in an oblique direction into the ground up to the wanted one
Depth drawn in. The concrete pile is then produced in a known manner by
that gradually concrete poured in and by the now serving as a tamper bear f
is tamped with gradual, - inclined pulling up of the pipe. In Fig 2 is
the finished inclined pile indicated.
