Die Kur schließt, wenn nicht eine besondere Diät aus anderen Gründen notwendig ist, die normale Lebensführung hinsichtlich der Nahrung nicht aus, so daß auch z. Das gäbe für den Betrieb zu große Umständlichkeiten, so daß die Einführung des Verfahrens damit von vornherein unmöglich gemacht wird. Auch gestattet das Gesundheits, amt nicht den nachträglichen Zusatz irgendwelcher Stoffe zum Bier. Sodann darf Bier oder überhaupt eine Getränkflüssigkeit niemals mit der Radiummasse in ummittelbare Berührung treten, weil Radium schon in kleinsten Mengen tödlich wirkt. Um Mineralwasser zu radioaktivieren, werden ferner die verschiedenen Bestandteile des Mineralwassers getrennt behandelt und nachträglich gemischt und dazu auch Kohlensäure unter Druck verwendet. Diese getrennte Behandlung ist gleichfalls umständlich und fürpraktische Verhältnisse nicht brauchbar. Schließlich wird auch für die Erzeugung gasförmiger Emanationen ein Druckgas aus einer Flasche durch Radium enthaltende Gefäße geleitet. Dies erfolgt jedoch nur für InUalationszwecke. Das Gas stiömt aus der Flasche durch die Radiumgefäße und dann ins Freie zwecks Einatmung. Es könnte dabei zweckmäßig sein, die Leitung d im Faß f gleichfalls als Zweigleitung möglichst tief einzuführen, damit die die Emanation tragende Kohlensäure noch durch das Bier treten muß und die Emanation an das Bier abgeben kann.
