The inventive method is characterised in that that the modulated signal (SM) feeding said at least one resonator (6) comprises a signal carrier whose frequency ranges from 25 to 65 KHz or from 143 to 150 KHz and which is modulated by a modulating signal (SI) whose frequency ranges from 45 to 49 Hz, each said resonator(s) (6) transmits a magnetic field according to said modulated signal (SM) and modifies the electric characteristics of water molecules in the wall or masonry parts (2') exposed to said magnetic field action and the molecules of the capillary surfaces of said part (2') contacting the water molecules.
