Abstract
An intake manifold (3) for an internal combustion engine (1) having a number of cylinders (2); for each cylinder (2), the intake manifold (3) has a respective intake pipe (4) connecting the intake manifold (3) to the cylinder (2) and regulated by an intake valve (5); and the intake manifold also has an air vessel (16) having, for each intake pipe (4), a respective hollow body (17) defining an empty chamber (18), which communicates with the intake pipe (4) by means of a high-speed compensation valve (19).
