•Spinnzentrifugenmotor Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 13. November 1929 ab• Spinning centrifuge motor Patented in the German Empire on November 13, 1929
Bei derartigen Spinnzentrifugenmotoren hat man bisher einThe invention relates to a spinning centrifuge motor with inside the den Stator-supporting motor housing arranged rotor, in which the solid with the rotor connected spin pot shaft is mounted so that it pendulum-like oscillations around a can execute pivot point lying in the middle of the rotor. In such spinning centrifuge motors one has so far
üblich sind, ein Pendelkugellager anwenden.«O elastically supported bearing arranged outside the rotor and one in the middle of the Rotor arranged self-aligning bearing provided. Because this is not just the pendulum movements of the system, but also has to record the rotary movements, one cannot do this use a simple ball joint, but must because of the high speed of the motor, like they do with spinning centrifuge motors. are common to use a self-aligning ball bearing.
Ao self-aligning ball bearings, however, require a relatively large amount of space and around this space in the To get the internal rotor, you have to get the rotor and thus the whole motor accordingly perform great.
Arrangements have also become known in which, instead of a self-aligning ball bearing a ball joint-like bearing is used. This storage is however not only expensive, but also influenced by their relatively large dimensions the design of the laminated cores is unfavorable. As far as the bearings are designed as plain bearings are, the arrangement is at the required high speeds with regard to the operation unfavorable. The rolling bearing constructions of the known type do not use normal bearing constructions, so that the Assembly becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost increases. Also have these arrangements have the disadvantage that they take up quite a lot of space in diameter, thus require a large diameter of the rotor. In spinning centrifuges, however, there is a very small diameter of the driving force Motors desired.
The object that the invention achieves is, with pendulum-like support of the rotor to enable the use of rolling bearings of normal design, whereby the motor has the smallest possible diameter. In addition, the drive system should have as few special parts as possible. According to the invention, therefore, is the arrangement taken so that both bearings of the shaft outside of the rotor are on a common Carriers are arranged, which is firmly connected to the motor housing by means of a mandrel in the center of the Runner lying ball joint is worn.

With this arrangement, the ball joint only takes the pendulum movements of the System and therefore does not need to be designed as a self-aligning ball bearing, but only as a simple ball joint, which takes up very little space. The order thus allows a substantial reduction in size of the rotor and thus of the entire motor.
■In the embodiment shown in the figure, the upper end of a bolt α is designed as a ball joint b . The hood-shaped body c swinging around the spherical part is supported elastically against the bolt α by the rubber ring d. The motor shaft e, which is also the spinning pot carrier spindle, is connected to the bell-shaped part h of the motor shaft by the two roller bearings f and g. ■
An Stelle des einen Gummiringes können auch zwei Gummiringe angeordnet sein, welche verschiedene Härten besitzen und von denen der weichere bei überkritischer Drehzahl und der härtere neben dem ersten bei der kritischen Drehzahl in Funktion tritt. asInstead of the one rubber ring, two rubber rings can also be arranged, which have different hardnesses and of which the softer one at supercritical speed and the harder one comes into operation next to the first at the critical speed. as
