Abstract
The invention relates to a signalling system which exhibits at least two separately arranged detector elements (2 and 4, respectively) which are in each case fed by a separate voltage source (U1 and U2, respectively) and which output indicating signals to a signalling device (5 and 6, respectively) allocated to each detector element (2 and 4, respectively), in which signalling system a monitoring element (10, 19 and 14, 22, respectively) is also allocated to the supply system of each detector element (2 and 4, respectively), which monitoring element, in the event of a voltage failure in the corresponding supply system, outputs an indicating signal to the signalling device (5 and 6, respectively) allocated to the relevant detector element (2 and 4, respectively) in dependence on the supply voltage of the other detector element (4 and 2, respectively). This makes it possible to monitor the failure of a voltage source. <IMAGE>
