Abstract

A push button switch installation for an electronic apparatus is described, whose control elements (3) are arranged as clearly as possible on the apparatus, in an easily operable manner. The switches or switching units (2) to be operated by the control elements (3) are located on one or more printed-circuit boards (9) at points in the apparatus where they can be accommodated in a space-saving manner, for example in spaces between relatively large components such as relays, plug-in modules, displays and the like. Intermediate elements (4), which are integrally moulded via projections (4') on other apparatus components or the apparatus chassis are used for routing the button movement of the control elements (3) to the associated switching units (2). The advantage of the invention is that an apparatus filling factor which is as high as possible is achieved and a compact apparatus shape can hence be realised. <IMAGE>
