Zieheisen und ähnliche Werkzeuge Für Zieheisen .und ähnliche Werkzeuge, die gegen. Abnutzung besonders Widerstandsfähig und gleichzeitig trotz hoher Festigkeit gut bearbeitbar sein sollen, hat man bisher noch keine geeignete Legierung gefunden. Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß ein Stahl folgender Zusammensetzung - C == r;4 bis 2,5, Cr ^ To bis 2o, Cu:- o,5 bis bis 4,5 04 für derartige Zwecke in ganz hervorragendem Maße -entspricht. Diese Legierung wurde für diese Werkzeuge erprobt, wobei festgestellt werden konnte, daß sie sich bei etwa 16o kg/mm2 Festigkeit noch gut bohren läßt, während dies bei den üblichen Zieheisenstählen bei einer Festigkeit von über 130 kg/mm' schon außerordentlich schwierig ist. Neben der größeren Härte ergab sich aber auch der Vorteil, daß die Zieheisenkanäle viel glatter und sauberer herstellbar sind. Ferner konnte festgestellt werden, daß solche Zieheisen nicht so leicht zum Sperrgehen neigen, wodurch auch das Ziehgut eine bessere Oberflächenbeschaffenheit erhält.Drawing dies and similar tools For drawing dies and similar tools that are used against.
