Description

Verfahren zur Feststellung des Staub- oder Fremdkörpergehalts in Flüssigkeit oder Gasen Bei elektrischen Maschinen, insbesondere bei Einankerumformern, kann der Bürstenverschleiß etwa an den Schleifbürsten infolge ungünstiger Verhältnisse plötzlich sehr groß, werden, so daß Betriebsstörungen- auftreten, können. Diese Nachteile können nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden werden, daß der Bürstenverschleiß an elektrischen Maschinen dadurch geprüft wird, daß die Luft an Stellen, an denen sie infolge des Bürstenverschleißes viel Bürstenstaub enthält, durchleuchtet wird, wobei also, wie dies an und für sich bereits bekannt ist, der Staubgehalt der Luft festgestellt wird. Hierzu werden mit besonderem Vorteil an der Maschine Lichtquellen mit zur Drehachse der Maschine parallelen Strahlenbündeln angeordnet. Hierbei empfiehlt es sich, die Lichtquellen in einer der Anzahl der Büfstenbolzen entsprechenden Zahl derart anzuordnen, daß scharf begrenzte Lichtstrahlenbündel in der Richtung der Maschinenachse vor der auflaufenden Bürstenkante jeder Bürste verlaufen. Im Falle einer selbstätigen Überwachung wird dann die Helligkeitsänderung dieser Lichtstrahlen mittels photoelektrischer Zellen zur Steuerung einer Anzeigevorrichtung oder einer selbsttätigen Abschalteinrichtung der Maschine herangezogen. Bei geringeren Ansprüchen genügt es, die Lichtstrahlen von Zeit zu Zeit zu überwachen, wobei ohne besondere Einrichtung an den Lichtstrahlen der Staubinhalt festgestellt werden kann.
