Der Halter besteht aus einer konischen Hülse α, die aus weichem Werkstoff, wie Gummi o. dgl., hergestellt ist und nahtlos (Abb. 1) oder aus einem gerollten Streifen (Abb. 4) gefertigt sein kann. Bei oben geschlossener Hülse ist diese mit Dürchf ührungslöchern zum Durchziehen einer Schnur versehen. Die Schnur wird so durchgezogen, daß sie innerhalb der konischen Hülse α eine Schleife b bildet, die an dem unteren, weiteren Teil der Hülse austritt und deren kürzeres Ende c an dem oberen, engeren Teil der Hülse befestigt ist. Das andere Ende d der Schnur dient zum Befestigen der Vorrichtung an der Stalldecke. An diesem längeren Teil der Schnur sind in entsprechenden Abständen eine Öse e und ein Haken f angebracht. In der Ausführung nach Abb. I ist die öse beispielsweise durch Verknoten der Aufhängeschnur gebildet; es kann jedoch auch ein Ring an der Schnur befestigt werden. Ebenso kann die Befestigung des Schnürendes c auf andere als in Abb. 1 dargestellte Weise erfolgen.
