Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wandhaken aus profiliertem Stahlblech.The invention relates to a wall hook made of profiled sheet steel.

Bei bekannten Wandhaken dieser Art besteht der Schaft aus einem Rohrkörper, mit welchem ein Hakenteil auf besonderem.Wege verbunden wird. Abgesehen von der Mehrarbeit bei der Befestigung des Hakenteils auf dem rohrförmigen Schaft besteht die Gefahr, daß dasselbe beim Eintreiben des Hakens sich im Sitz lockert und sich dann dreht oder die Verbindung mit dem Schaft sonstwie zerstört wird. Ferner sind auch Wandhaken mit im Querschnitt U-förmigem Schaft bekannt, wobei die eine Schenkelseite an dem aus der Wand herausragenden Ende mit einem als Hakenteil dienenden, in ihrer Ebene liegenden Lappen versehen ist. Der U~förmige Schaft bildet hier eine oben offene Rille, in welcher sich Staub u. dgl. ablagert, der nur schlecht oder gar nicht daraus entfernt werden kann. Auch beim Einschlagen füllt sich die Rille mit Mauerstaub, was sich nicht vermeiden läßt. Beim Gebrauch im Freien sammelt sich ferner in den Rillen Regenwasser an, wodurch eine schnelle Zerstörung des Schaftes durch Rosten eintritt. Besonders nachteilig sind die scharfen Seitenkanten des Schaftes, welche Halteschnüre für schwerere Gegenstände, wie große Bilder u. dgl., im Laufe der Zeit durchschneiden. Der Schaft des Hakens besteht aus einem U-förmigen Teil b, an den sich ein rohrförmiges Teil c anschließt, welches so lang ist, daß , es noch etwas in die Wand α hineinragt, wenn der Haken in vorschriftsmäßiger Tiefe in die Wand eingetrieben ist, so daß der aus der Wand herausragende Teil ein Rohr bildet. Eine um den· runden Schaftteil c gelagerte Schnur e kann daher nicht beschädigt werden. Dieser rohrförmige Teil trägt den Lappen d, der in die Symmetrieebene des Hakens eingeschwenkt ist .und in bekannter Weise die Hakennase bildet. Zweckmäßig ragt das Schaftteil c etwas über den Lappen d hinaus, damit derselbe beim Eintreiben des Wandhakens nicht beschädigt wird. Abb. 4 zeigt einen Wandhaken mit zwei Lappen d.
