Hierbei ist es erwünscht, die Anzahl der Zuführungsleitungen zu dem Meßinstrument an der überwachungsstelle möglichst gering zu halten. Hierzu werden nach der Erfindung nur zwei Leitungen benötigt. Die eine Leitung kann auch als Erdleitung ausgeführt werden.
