Process for the production of cell growth regulating hormones Es
it is known that plant organisms contain substances that influence growth
capital. The plant organs or pressed juices from it are used to obtain the
active substances extracted with organic solvents.
Hierzu verfährt man z.

man z. B. durch fraktionierte Extraktion mittels geeigneter Lösemittel bzw. Lösemittelgenii.sche
bewirken.
It has now been found that such substances can be obtained if

In this way, hormones that regulate cell growth are obtained from the

in hoher Konzentration.
Stoff in hoher Konzentration. Beispiel q.
Hormon in hoher Konzentration.
From the above features of the procedure, according to which the hormone
is obtained not from the organisms, but from the nutrient substrate, results
the remarkable fact that the organisms secrete the hormone into the nutrient substrate.
A comparative test has shown that in the course of the growth of the organisms
much more active substance is excreted into the nutrient substrate than either
is contained in the cells themselves. From this it follows at the same time that the procedure is the

are crushed after removal of the fungal turf and extracted with amyl alcohol.
After the amyl alcohol has been removed in vacuo, the residue is taken up in water
