Der Tastenhebel α steht bei dieser Anordnung nicht in unmittelbarer Verbindung mit der Mechanik, sondern überträgt mittelst eines Stöfsers b die Thätigkeit des Spielenden auf den betreffenden Hammer. Zu diesem Zwecke wirkt der Stöfser b auf einen in der Gabel c' drehbaren Hebel c, welcher an seinem vorderen Ende einen Block d erhalten hat, in welchem eine Zunge e und die Stütze für eine den Hammerstiel g aufnehmende Gabel f untergebracht sind. Der Tastenhebel α trägt aufserdem einen Stift h, welcher sich durch einen mit seiner Dicke übereinstimmenden Schlitz c" des Hebels c erstreckt und so das Zittern des Hebels c und der von diesem getragenen und bethätigten Theile verhindert. Die Zunge e ruht drehbar in dem Blocke d, wird von der Stütze der Gabel f durchschnitten und legt sich mit ihrer Spitze gegen einen Arm k, welcher an einem mittelst einer Schraube m einstellbaren und um einen Zapfen /' drehbaren Anschlage / angebracht ist. Aufserdem befindet sich an dem Vordertheil des Hebels c ein Stift 2, welcher durch die Zunge e tritt und mittelst zweier unter und über letzterer vorgesehener Scheibchen Vi" die Aufwärts- und Abwärtsbewegung der Zunge e vermittelt.
