Description

Flechtmaschine zur Herstellung von Litzen und Kordeln Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Flechtmaschine zur Herstellung von Litzen und Kordeln. Bei solchen Flechtmaschinen ist es bereits bekannt, durch Fortnahme eines Fliigels der Treiberräder an bestimmter Stelle eine Verzögerung der Klöppelbewegung um einen Flügel herbeizuführen, so daß an dieser Stelle zwei Klöppel in derselben Bewegungsrichtung in benachbarten Flügeln hintereinander gesetzt werden und dadurch zwei Fäden von dem nächsten, in entgegengesetzter Richtung kreisenden Klöppel bzw. dessen Faden gekreuzt werden. Die Klöppel durchlaufen dort sämtlich die ganze Maschine und kehren erst auf den Endtellern um. Mit diesen Maschinen ist es nur möglich, Musterungen in dem Litzengeflecht in der Weise zu erzeugen, daß die Bindung streifenweise in der ganzen Länge der Litze durchgehend einfach oder doppelt erfolgt: nur durch Änderung in der Breite der Bindungsstreifen lassen sich in beschränktem Umfange andere :Musterungen erzielen. Bei doppelflechtigen Maschinen wurden auch schon dadurch besondere Musterungen hervorgerufen, daß man die Flechtmaschine nur mit der halben Anzahl der Klöppel besetzte, welche sonst normal Verwendung finden, und daß an den dadurch frei gewordenen Stellen vereinzelte Effektklöppel in der Gangbahn umkehren ließ.
