Thiophosgen..
Man isoliert
Process for the production of azo dyes Azo dyes for cotton, which after the dyeing are fixed on the fiber by aftertreatment with salts of the heavy metals in an outstandingly washable and lightfast manner, are obtained, as has been found, by coupling dianotated aminooxybenzoic acids or their dianotated aminobenzoylated derivatives or of dianotated urea derivatives of p-phenylenediamine carboxylic acids or of dianotated o-aminophenols or also of dianotated o-aminooxynaphthalene monosulphonic acids or their nitro derivatives with pyrazolone derivatives which in the phenyl nucleus carry a para-phenyl nucleus by the subsequent amino group in the corresponding urinary amino group, and conversion of the amino group or thiophosgene .. Example 153 parts by weight of o-aminosalicylic acid are dianotized in the customary manner. The diazo compound is combined in acetic or weakly alkaline medium with 189 parts by weight of p-amino-i-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, stirred until the dye formation has ended and isolated . The dye obtained is dissolved under alkaline conditions, if necessary with the addition of sodium hydroxide solution, hot, filtered, treated with an excess of an alkali and phosgenated until the formation of urea has ended. The product is isolated in a suitable manner and dried. The dye pulls on cotton with a yellow color, and the dyeing becomes washable and extremely lightfast by aftertreatment with copper sulfate in an acetic acid solution. Example e 15 3 parts by weight of p-aminosalicylic acid are dianotized as usual and combined with 189 parts by weight of p-amino-i-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone either weakly acetic acid or alkaline-soda. After completion of the dye formation, congo acid is isolated with the addition of salt. The well-washed dye is dissolved under hot alkaline conditions and filtered, excess soda is added and phosgenation is carried out. Isolate and dry. The product obtained in this way picks up yellow-orange on cotton, but is not washable. After treatment with copper sulphate, the shade becomes more yellow and the color is washable.
i und 2 angegeben, phosgenieren. Auch kann man statt einer Aminosalicylsäure die
entsprechende p-Aininobenzoylaminosalicylsäure diazotieren und mit p-Aminophenylpyrazolonen
kuppeln und phosgenieren.Instead of pure o-aminosalicylic acid or pure p-aminosalicylic acid
a mixture of the two aminosalicylic acids can also be diazotized with p-aminophenylpyrazolones
Connect acetic acid or sofia alkaline and after insulation, as in the example
i and 2 indicated, phosgenate. Instead of an aminosalicylic acid, you can also use the
Diazotize corresponding p-amino benzoylaminosalicylic acid and p-aminophenylpyrazolones
couple and phosgenate.
in Beispiel i und 2 beschriebenen.
Beispiel Man dianotiert
in üblicher Weise 239 Ge--vichtsteile 2-Amino-3-oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure,
Furthermore, the corresponding p-amino-i-phenyl-5-pyrazolone-3-carboxylic acid or its ester can be used instead of the -p-aminoiphenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. The corresponding dyes have properties similar to those described in Examples i and 2. EXAMPLE 3 330 parts by weight of the urea from the p-phenylenediamine carboxylic acid are dissolved in an alkaline-caustic solution, cooled, mixed with 138 parts by weight of nitrite and added to hydrochloric acid and ice. If the reaction to nitrite has disappeared, the congo acidic solution of 378 parts by weight of p-aminoiphenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone is added, made acetic acid and after 2 hours sofia-alkaline. After coupling is complete, Congo acid is isolated without the addition of salt at 50 ° C. The dye thus obtained is dissolved in an alkaline manner in the heat, filtered, an excess of soda is added and 2 mol of the present aminoazo body are converted into the corresponding urea by introducing phosgene , isolates Congo acidic, then dries and grinds to achieve sufficient solubility with a little powdered caustic alkali. Example 4 154 parts by weight of the customarily dianotized 5-nitro-i-amino-2-oxybenzene are combined in a suitable medium with 189 parts by weight - p-amino-i-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, the coupling leads to caustic alkaline End and isolated lackmuss wall. The isolated dye is dissolved hot with the aid of sodium hydroxide solution, filtered, excess soda is added and phosgenated until the congosic acid reaction occurs, whereupon the dye precipitates. It is isolated with the addition of salt, dried and ground with a little caustic soda in order to achieve sufficient solubility. Example s 284 parts by weight of finished dianotized and then nitrated i-amino-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid are carried in powder form at 0 ° C. into the 189 parts by weight p solution obtained with a small excess of caustic soda and a suitable solvent (water or pyridine) -Amino-i-phenyl-3-methyl-5 = pyrazolone, leads the coupling to the end and isolates the dye congosauer. Then the dye is washed off and dissolved. heat it with the addition of alkali, filter, add an excess of soda and phosgenate until the congosate reaction occurs. The dye obtained is isolated as weakly alkaline with the addition of salt and dried. The product is brick-red on cotton, but is sensitive to acetic acid. The shade is lightened by re-coppering and the color becomes acetic acid- and wash-fast. Example 6 239 parts by weight of completely dianotized i-amino-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid are carried in powder form at 0 ° into the caustic solution of 189 parts by weight of p-aminoiphenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone in water, optionally with addition of pyridine, leads to the formation of the dye by stirring, isolates cold and congo acid, dissolves the washed-out dye if necessary with the addition of caustic soda, filtered, adds excess soda or another hydrochloric acid neutralizing alkali and phosgenates until the congo acid reaction, whereby the dye precipitates. One isolates just sofia-alkaline with the addition of salt and dries. EXAMPLE 239 parts by weight of 2-amino-3-oxynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid are dianotated in the usual way, the congo-acid solution of p-amino-i-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone is added, slowly made acetic acid and finished the coupling sofia-alkaline. The dyestuff is isolated in congo acidic form, dissolved if necessary with the addition of lye, filtered, soda is added, phosgenated until the congo acidic reaction occurs and isolated under soft alkaline form with the addition of salt. The dye obtained is dried.
nun erst phosgeniert. All dyes listed here with the exception of those according to the example
4 and 5 available dyes can of course also be obtained in such a way that
the diazo compounds mentioned are first mixed with the nitrophenylmethylpyrazolone
coupling, then with
Sulfur sodium reduces the nitro group and
only now phosgenated.
