Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bleirohren Bekanntlich wird bei den gebräuchlichen Bleipressen zur Herstellung von Bleirohren und Bleimänteln ein einwandfreies Verschweißen bzw. Verschmelzen des nach dem Herauspressen einer Füllung im Rezipienten verbleibenden erstarrten Bleirestes mit der neu hinzukommenden heißen Füllung insbesondere durch die auf der Oberfläche des Bleirestes vorhandenen Oxydschichten vielfach verhindert. B. mit Hilfe rotierender Schaber, Bürsten o. dgl. löst. Es genügt dabei schon, wenn durch die mechanische Bearbeitung der Oberfläche die Oxydschicht so unterbrochen wird, daß dadurch unoxydiertes Blei an die Oberfläche gebracht wird. Dies kann durch Unterpflügen des Oxydes erfolgen. Alsdann genügt dieWärmeübertragung von dem neuen flüssigen Blei auf den Bleirest, um die Oberflächenschichten des Restes hinreichend tief zu verflüssigen. Nach dein Einbringen der neuen Füllung des flüssigen Bleies steigen dann die losgelösten Oxydteilchen an die Oberfläche des flüssigen Bleies und können von dort leicht entfernt werden. Gegebenenfalls kann man die Oxydteilchen auch schon vor dem Einbringen der neuen Füllung aus der Presse dadurch entfernen, daß man sie mit Hilfe eines zweckmäßig mit der rotierenden Schabe- oder Bürstenvorrichtung verbundenen Schlauches absaugt. Die umlaufende Bewegung wird den Schabern, Bürsten o. dgl. vorteilhaft über eine biegsame Welle erteilt.
