Einen Fortschritt auf diesem Gebiete stellt nun die Erfindung insofern dar, als die bisherige Einstellbarkeit des federnden Zungenhebels durch eine zusätzliche Feineinstellung derselben verbessert wird, und zwar auf Grund einer Ausbildung des genannten Hebels in zwei im Winkel zueinander einstellbaren Teilen.
