Description
Bei den bekannten Melkbechern dieser Art werden beim Betrieb die Druckimpulse derThe subject of discovery is a double-walled one Milking cup with several pulsation chambers for milking machines working with suction and pressure, in which the pulsation chambers are formed by elastic transverse walls extending from the teat rubber and tightly fastened to the teat cup sleeve. In the known teat cups of this type, the pressure pulses of the
For this purpose one has the pulsation chambers after the connecting pipe provided openings for the pulsation line and devices made through which the pressure pulses in can be introduced into the chambers in the order mentioned above. These bodies however, they are complicated and easily give rise to trouble. At other facilities of the type mentioned is the pulsation line only with the pulsation chamber located at the insertion end of the teat cup tied together. To forward the pressure impulses to the individual chambers are here in the transverse walls arranged small holes. With a pressure pulse, the transverse walls and with it the through holes located on them widened, so that the pressure is quickly and can spread perfectly in succession across the chambers. But as soon as in the pulsation chamber located at the end of the teat cup uses a suction pulse, The initially lying transverse wall contracts again, reducing the size of its through hole. This is a Perfect suction of the air from those lying behind the teat end during operation Pulsation chambers endangered, and so it happens that these exert a constant pressure, especially on the end of the teat and thus not allow a regular milking process. This deficiency is eliminated by the subject matter of the invention, in that an annular channel is provided on the inner wall of the teat cup sleeve transversely to the teat cup axis, which by means of a Hole with the connection for the pulsator line and by means of a second, against the first hole offset by 180 ° with a provided in the wall of the teat cup sleeve, connecting adjacent pulsation chambers Line is connected.
The accompanying figure shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention Axial section.
The teat cup consists of an outer sleeve α and an inner teat rubber b, the lower edge of which is firmly connected by a union nut c and the upper edge of which is firmly connected to a pipe section i screwed into the sleeve α by a clamping sleeve d.

Der Rohrstutzen besitzt einenThe jacket space between the sleeve α and the teat rubber b is divided into two pulsation chambers / and g by an elastic partition e. The partition wall is connected on the one hand to the teat rubber and on the other hand is clamped at its free edge, which has an annular extension Ji, on an annular extension of the cup sleeve through the pipe section i. The pipe socket has a

Die Wirkungsweise der beschriebenen Einrichtung ist folgende:The function of the device described is as follows:

The air at atmospheric pressure passes through the openings m and η first into the annular channel I and from here into the upper chamber ^. Here, while stretching the transverse walls, it causes the part of the teat rubber in the area of the upper chamber and the root of the teat i to be compressed, as indicated by dashed lines in the figure. Only after this process does the air flow through the openings p and q and the diversion r into the lower chamber f in order to compress the teat rubber and the teat part located in the area of this chamber, namely towards the end of the teat. In the event of a pulsation change, the air in the chamber f can be sucked off with certainty through the channels r, q, p so that there is no need to fear that the end of the teat will remain under pressure.
