Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Drehschieber für Rohrleitungen, dessen innere Röhre nach Art eines Venturirohres ausgebildet ist.The present invention relates to a rotary valve for pipelines, the inner Tube is designed in the manner of a Venturi tube.
Es sind bereits Absperrorgane bekannt geworden, bei denen der mittlere Teil, der den
eigentlichen Hahn bildet, einen kleineren Querschnitt aufweist als die Zu- und Ableitungen. Hierbei bleibt aber der Querschnitt
im eigentlichen Hahn selbst konstant, und die Verbindung mit den Zu- und Ableitungen erfolgt
durch entsprechende sich verengende bzw. sich erweiternde Düsen, die als beidseitige
Verlängerungen des Hahnkörpers ausgebildet sind. Diese bekannten Absperrorgane besitzen keine besonderen Vorteile. Es gibt
ferner sogenannte Flachschieber, bei denen ein durchbohrtes Paßstück zwischen die Ein-
und Austrittsstutzen eingeschoben wird. Die Bohrung ,dieses Paßstückes besitzt hierbei die
Form eines Venturirohres, dessen Einschnürungsstelle sich zwischen dem Ein- und Austrittsquerschnitt
des Paßstückes befindet.
Die Erfindung besteht nun darin, daß bei einem Drehschieber, dessen innere Röhre als
Venturirohr ausgebildet ist, der engste Querschnitt an der Stelle des Abschlußsitzes liegt,
d. h. also am Ende der Einläuf düse, wobei die erweiternde Auslaufdüse unmittelbar an
diese engste Stelle angeschlossen ist oder teilweise durch den Drehkörper selbst des Drehschiebers
gebildet werden kann. Diese Konstruktion bietet einmal den Vorteil, daß die Baulänge des Absperrorgans gegenüber der
bekannten wesentlich verkürzt wird, so daß die Herstellungskosten der Vorrichtung selbst
sowie der ganzen Anlage, was namentlich bei Turbinen- oder Pumpenanlagen eine bedeutende
Rolle spielt, herabgesetzt werden. Weiterhin werden die Druckverluste, die durch
Reibung des Mediums beim Durchgang durch das Absperrorgan auftreten, um ein bedeutendes
Maß verringert, wodurch erhebliche technische Fortschritte gegenüber dem Bekannten

The invention consists in that in a rotary valve whose inner tube is designed as a Venturi tube, the narrowest cross section is at the point of the final seat, ie at the end of the inlet nozzle, the widening outlet nozzle being connected directly to this narrowest point or partially can be formed by the rotating body itself of the rotary valve. This construction offers the advantage that the overall length of the shut-off device is significantly shortened compared to the known one, so that the manufacturing costs of the device itself and of the entire system, which is particularly important in turbine or pump systems, are reduced. Furthermore, the pressure losses that occur due to the friction of the medium when passing through the shut-off device are reduced by a significant amount, as a result of which considerable technical advances are achieved over the known.

Gemäß Abb. 1 besitzt der Drehschieber eine sich verengende Einlauf düse 2 und eine sich erweiternde Auslauf düse 3. Die Drehwand 4 dient als Abschlußorgan und befindet sich in der Abschlußstellung an der engsten Stelle der inneren Röhre des Drehschiebers 1 auf dem Abschluß sitz 5.
