Nadelsteuereinrichtung für im Pendelgang weiternde Strumpfrundstrickmaschinen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nadelsteuereinrichtung für offen wadeweiternde Strumpfrundstrickmaschinen.
Diese ist mit drei Nadelsorten ausgestattet, und zwar mit langfüßigen, mittellangfüßigen
und, kurzfüßigen, sonst jedoch gleich langen und gleichartigen Nadeln, sie werderi
nunmehr L-Nadeln, M-Nadeln und K-Nadeln genannt. Beim offenen Wadeweitern des Strumpfes,
welcher mit den Draufreihen beginnt und von da bis zum Wadenende als offenes, flaches,
glattes, alsdann als rundes, schlauchförmiges, glattes Warenstück mit den K-, M-
und L-Nadeln gestrickt wird, werden die L-Nadeln nach und nach zugeschoben, während
mit allen K-, M- und L-Nadeln das Längenoberstück im Rundgang, mit den K- und M-Nadeln
die Draufreihen, der Fuß und das Fesselstück flach im Pendelgang und nur mit den
M-Nadeln die Spitze und Ferse, ebenfalls im Pendelgang, gestrickt werden. Alsidann
werden auf Sondermaschinen die Ränder des flachen Stückes von den Draufreihen bis
zum Wadenende durch eine Naht zusammengenäht, welche unter dem Fuß und hinten an
der Wade liegt, und schließlich die Spitze gekettelt, so daß die Kettelnaht auf

Bei einer bekannten Rundstrickmaschine dieser Gattung wechseln drei

über die Hb"he, in der nach 'dem Fersemindern die M-Nadeln laufen, emporgehoben
und von da durch den Fersezunahmefinger, der zu diesem Zweck ebenfalls aus seiner
Höhenlage zu verschieben ist, einzeln herabgeholt. Auch die K-Nadeln werden durch
einen Hilfsfuß vor dem Spitze- und Fersestricken aus dem Strickkanal entfernt und
nach Beendigung wieder in diesen hineingebracht. Für diese wiederholten Stellungswechsel
sind eine Anzahl Sonderschloßteile und dazugehörige Vorrichtungen zu deren Ein-
und Ausrücken nötig, wodurch das bekannte Fersestrickschloß erheblich verbreitert
und verwickelt wird. Demgegenüber bleiben bei der vorliegenden Erfindung die L-Nadeln,
nachdem sie vor Beginn der Draufreihen in ihren unter den Schloßteilen liegenden
Totkanal gebracht wurden, in diesem Kanal, bis sie zum Wadeweitern, wie üblich,
einzeln heraufgeholt werden. Auch wird der übliche Strickfuß al's Steuerfuß für
diese Zwecke benutzt. Die Mittel hierzu sind zwei radial in den Totkanal vorschiebbare
Hebefinger in Bauart der Ferseminderfinger, in deren Kerben beim Pendelgang des
Nadelzylinders nach Maßgabe einer Musterkette die jeweilige erste rechte bzw. linke
L-Nadel sich fängt und durch je eine den Finger leitende Kurve in einen rechten
bzw. linken schrägen Verbindungskanal zwischen Tot- und Nadelkulierkanal hineingehoben
wird. In den schrägen Kanälen schiebt sich die jeweilige Randnadel beim Fortschreiten
des Pendelganges nach

Im umlaufenden Nadelzylinder 22 sind die drei Nadelsorten: die L-Nadeln
i bis 7, die M-Nadeln 8 bis 23 und die K-Nadeln 24 bis 39, eingesetzt; die bekannten,
am Schlaßmantel rgo befestigten Teile des Strickschlosses sind die beiden Nadelheber
i und 2, der mittlere Hilfssenker 4, das, Mittelteil 3, die Seitenteile 7 und 8,
die Führungsteile 9, 1o-und i i9; der Absprengheber 5 und Absprengsenker 6, die
Ferseminderfinger 40 und 41 und die Fersezunahmefinger 42 und 43, ferner der bekannte
Totkanal 12 und die Verbindungskanäle 13 und 14 zwischen ersterem und dem Strickkanal.

Nachdem der vorhergehende Strumpf im GZ-Rundlauf des Nadelzylinders
22 beendet ist, wobei alle K-, M- und L-Nadeln i bis 39 im Strickkanal ii sich befinden
und in der Regel die außerhalb der Schloßteile I bis V stehenden Nadeln bereits
in Fangstellung b (die letzten Fadenhenkel noch auf den Zungen) gehoben sind, sprengen
die L-Nadeln i bis 7 durch Hochstellen des Absprenghebers 5 (Abb. 6 und 7) und durch
Senken des Absprengsenkers 6 (Abb. 8) ihren letzten Fadenhenkel ab und laufen durch
den Verbindungskanal i q. in den Tod-,anal 12. Hierauf schaltet sich die Maschine
auf die Pendelgänge um, worauf in bekannter Weise die Draufreihen, das Fuß- und
das Fesselstück mit den im Kanal i i verbliebenen M- und K-Nadeln 8, 1o usw. bzw.
i i, 13 usw. und 24-38-39-25, dazwischen durch nur mit den beiden Gruppen M-Nadeln
8, io usw. bzw. 11, 13 usw. die Spitze und die Ferse gestrickt werden. Dabei laufen
die L-Nadeln untätig im Kanal 12 hin und her. Soll die Wade beginnen, so werden
durch eine besondereWadenkette die beidenWadezunahmefinger 16 bzw. 15 aus ihrer
Totstellung (Abb. io) radial so weit vorgeschoben (Abb. 9), daß immer die jeweilige
erste Randnadel, und zwar bei den MZ-Gängen die L-Nadeln i, 2, 3 usw. in die Kerbe
des Fingers 16 und bei den GZ-Gängen die L-Nadeln 7, 6, 5 usw. in die des Fingers
15 sich einlegt und dadurch in die Verbindungskanäle 14 bzw. 13 gehoben wird, während
der jeweils andere Finger nach außen gedrückt wird. Die betreffende offene Wadenreihe
wird also um zwei Nadeln geweitert. Hierauf werden beide Finger 15 und 16 wieder
zurückgezogen (Abb. io), um nach Maßgabe der Längenkette eine beliebig große Zahl
