Bei dem Lottospiel werden durch diesen Apparat die Nummersteine beständig gemischt und fallen, wie es der Zufall bringt, unbeeinflufst von der die' Nummern ablesenden Person in die Oeffnungen des Zählbrettes. Der Ablesende kann somit die Reihenfolge der Steine nicht bestimmen und der jedesmalige Stein liegt, von Niemand berührt, zur Controle für die ganze mitspielende Gesellschaft offen da. Wird das Zählbrett weitergedreht, so wird jeder neue Stein durch Glockenschlag angekündet, während der abgelesene Stein durch eine Oeffnung in der Schieblade der Dose fällt. Die Steine können somit nicht verloren gehen, und, der Glockenschlag zeigt den neuen Stein an und hebt jede Willkür auf.
