Description

Selbsttätiger Verteiler von Papierbogen aller Art Vorrichtungen zur Verteilung oder Abgabe von Einzelblättern von einem Stapel sind bereits seit langem bekannt. Fast alle diese Verteiler zeigen große Nachteile in irgendeiner Form. Als besondere Eigentümlichkeit muß bemerkt werden, daß die allgemein üblichen Papierverteiler die Papierbogen oben vom Stapel fortnehmen, so daß in den meisten Fällen eine umständliche Federeinrichtung nötig ist, um einen durch das Gewicht begrenzten Papierstapel gegen die Fördereinrichtung anzupressen. Weiterhin arbeiten diese Verteiler fehlerhaft in bezug auf die Halteelemente, die in Form von Stangen oder Nadeln durch Öffnung den Papierstapel durchdringen. Beim Abziehen eines Blattes erfolgt meistens durch ungünstige Ausbildung dieser Stangen sowie der Papieröffnungen ein Zerreißen des Blattes. Alle diese Nachteile sind bei dem Verteiler gemäß Erfindung vermieden. Vorerst zeigt der Verteiler gemäß Erfindung den Vorteil, daß der Papierstapel auf einer festen Unterlage liegt, die zugleich das Fördermittel enthält. Bei dieser Anordnung kann der Papierstapel sehr groß sein und bei Bedarf sogar noch von oben belastet werden. Weiterhin ist die Form der Haltestange oder Haltenadel derartig, daß beim Abziehen eines Bogens . derselbe möglichst wenig beschädigt wird. Das Abziehen eines Einzelbogens erfolgt durch eine Ziehvorrichtung, allgemein Schieber genannt, ähnlich und in einfachster Weise wie bei jedem Automaten. Das Wesentliche bei dieser Fördereinrichtung sind die eigentlichen Förderorgane. In dem Fall von Abb. i ist das Förderelement eine Rolle, die mit der Achse in einer Aussparung des Schiebers liegt. Da der Druck des Papierstapels die Rolle am oberen Umfang festhält, rollt beim Vorziehen des Schiebers .die Achse der Rolle auf die Rückwand der Aussparung zu. Die Achse kann die Rückwand jedoch nicht ganz erreichen, da vorher eine feste Stange mit dem weichen Gummibezug der Rolle durch die Ziehbewegung in feste Preßberührung tritt. Dadurch kommt die Rolle zum Stillstand, und jetzt wird der unterste Bogen durch die Haftreibung des oberen Rollenumfanges nach vorn gezogen. Die Funktion einer Klappe 18, die den Bogen senkt, ist ebenfalls einfach zu verstehen. Selbstverständlich könnte der Verteiler gemäß Erfindung auch in umgekehrter Weise arbeiten, daß der Papierstapel unten liegt und die Bogen von oben abgenommen werden, ähnlich dem Prinzip der bekannten Papierverteiler. Dann würde natürlich auch die Ziehvorrichtung in umgekehrter Lage auf dem Papierstapel ruhen. Auch in diesem Falle wäre der Verteiler gemäß Erfindung keinem anderen ähnlich, da die verschiedene Wirkungsweise der Fördereinrichtung dieselbe bleibt, d. h. das Förderelement (Rolle) wird auch in dieser Lage genau so durch die Ziehbewegung der Ziehvorrichtung zur Wirksamkeit gebracht.
