Das Gestell dieses Sattels wird vollständig aus Metall, am besten aus Stahl angefertigt. Der dieser Erfindung entsprechende Sattel ist länger als der aus anderen Materialien gefertigte gewöhnliche Sattel. Das Gestell ist um ein Beträchtliches hinter dem Reiter verlängert. Die auf zwei Seiten des Pferderückens angeordneten Seitentheile bilden Federn und sind in solcher Weise gebogen, dafs der Theil derselben unter dem Reiter erst mit dem Rücken des Pferdes in Berührung kommt, wenn der Reiter im Sattel ist. Diese Anordnung bringt den gröfsten Theil des Gewichtes des Reiters an die Enden des Sattels und infolge dessen wird das Reitergewicht hauptsächlich auf Vorder- und Hintertheil des Pferdes vertheilt.The frame of this saddle is made entirely of metal, preferably steel.
