Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufspann- und Fräsvorrichtung an Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen, insbesondere Fräsmaschinen. Die Neuheit besteht darin, daß auf einer auf der Fräsmaschine sitzenden Säule zwei Ausleger und zwischen diesen ein Einstellhebel drehbar angebracht ist, wobei die Ausleger die Drehpunkte für eine Schablone und das Werkstück aufnehmen und diese Wellen einen gemeinsamen Antrieb von der Hauptwelle durch Kettenübertragung erhalten. Ein Einstellhebel ist dabei in ein mit Rasten versehenes Segmentstück ein- und ausklinkbar und dient als einseitiger Angriffspunkt für eine Zugfeder und einen Stellbolzen für jeden der Ausleger, die einstellbar sind. Diese Zugfedern sowie Bolzen hängen bzw. führen sich andererseits an den beiden Auslegern. Die Stützrolle für die Schablonen sitzt zentrisch zum Fräser. Die Aufspannvorrichtung am Ausleger trägt einen Hebel, dessen Exzenter beim Aufspannen die Welle mit Aufspannkopf nach unten drückt.The invention relates to a clamping and milling device on woodworking machines, in particular milling machines.
