Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, ohne weite Auseinanderspreizung zwischen Kiefer und Wangenscbleimhaut auch in Höhe der letzten Backenzähne eine einwandfreie Klopfmassage durchzuführen. Es genügt, wenn nur in einer Richtung der kreisförmige Querschnitt auf den verjüngten übergeht, also das Ende flach, von ungefähr elliptischem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
