Einrichtung zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Stromes bei einem Heizwiderstand mittels einer gleichzeitig als Schaltarm wirkenden Kontaktfeder Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Regulierwiderstand, bei welchem die Kontaktfeder gleichzeitig als Schaltarm ausgebildet ist. Das hat den wesentlichen Vorteil, daß dadurch ein besonderer Ausschalter gespart wird und trotzdem die Widerstände eine bestimmte Einstellung beim Aus- und Wiedereinschalten behalten können. Die Verwendung solcher Widerstände ist bereits bekannt, jedoch haben die bisher bekannten Widerstände dieser Art noch den Nachteil, daß die Ausschaltung nicht in Momentschaltung erfolgt, wodurch die bekannten Übelstände des langsamen öffnens von Stromkreisen entstehen, also insbesondere das Auftreten eines Lichtbogens. Dieser Lichtbogen verschmort bzw. oxydiert die Kontaktstellen jedoch schnell und macht so den WHerstand unbrauchbar.
