Abstract

The method involves rolling a flexible, electrical insulating substrate (3) on which a conductor (2) is superimposed or in which the conductor is placed, such that the conductor forms a three dimensional conductor structure. A single layer is superimposed on a side of the flexible, electrical insulating substrate, before the rolling of the conductor. A flat coil is generated on a layer of the substrate. The flat coil is executed as a spiral coil (8), a meander coil or a helix coil with a magnetic conductor.
