Device has integral small reservoir, controller for heat source for water heater and small reservoir and only one demand value generator (15) for setting output temperature of water heater. Demand value generator is connected to logic (13) controlling burner via comparators (4,6) connected to temperature sensor detecting external temperature and temperature sensor mounted in small reservoir.
