Abstract

The invention relates to a strip-processing line for metal strips (B), especially for highly resistant high-grade steel strips. Said strip-processing line comprises a strip processing section with a first processing station (4) in which a liquid wets the metal strip being processed (B). According to the invention, the metal strip (B) that has been wetted with the liquid is passed through a deforming device (12) which straightens the metal strip (B) by essentially pure deformation by bending. The inventive strip processing plant hereby further reduces the risk of damaging the surface of the metal strip being processed.
