Description

Electromagnetic self-interrupter, in which the current circuit in the Excitation circuit at the end of the armature drop, the current opening at the end of the armature suit The invention relates to legs electromagnetic self-breaker; at which the current short in the excitation circuit at the end of the armature drop, the current opening takes place at the end of the anchor tightening.

In such a breaker according to the invention a Hammarfediar controlled by the electromagnet at the same time as the armature and provided with a contact is provided, which interacts with the armature and a contact attached to it in such a way that when the armature is tightened the contact piece of the armature along that of the hammer spring The same applies, keeping the tension closed until shortly before the end of the stroke, but only restoring the current bottom when the armature retreats when it reaches a nose on the contact piece of the hammer spring. This design enables a large stroke of the armature and at the same time effectively maintains the full force of the magnetic flux over the entire stroke path of the armature. The drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the invention. The contact b is attached to the armature a , the mating contact c is attached to a hammer spring d, a, which is attracted by the magnet f when the current flows through it. Touching contacts b and c causes current to flow through magnet f. In Fig.r, armature a is at its upper stroke end, contacts b and c touch, so the force of attraction of the electromagnet acts on the armature and the hammer spring. The armature a moves in direction u, while the hammer spring d, i2 is attracted by the magnet f. The contact between b and c thus exists during the entire downward movement of the armature a. In Fig. A the armature has reached its lower stroke end, the grain stroke between b and c suffers an interruption ,,. since the length of the contact c does not allow a further contact mix with the contact b. The flow of current in the magnet f is interrupted as a result, and thus the hammer spring d with the contact c also springs back. The fact that now the armature spring d to the contact c in Abt.-, -dargestellte position muddled -., Has the contact comes .b on its stroke in the direction o the 'either by spring force or the effect of oppositely arranged electromagnets caused is not in contact with the mating contact c before it hits the nose c 'adjoining the upper end of the contact c. This in turn produces a current flow in the magnet f; The armature a is attracted, as is the contact spring d, the contacts b and c come into contact, and the process is repeated in the manner described above. This new magu [etinterrupter also offers the advantage that the armature a receives a very high acceleration, since when the armature approaches the electromagnet, the force of attraction increases in the square of the distance. It will therefore be used very advantageously in electric hammers, pumps and other apparatus in which a reciprocating movement to the working device is necessary.
