Description
The invention relates to multi-filament electric incandescent lamps, in particular those for motor vehicles, and aims at a certain position of the lamp and its filament to the socket and the reflector easy to achieve. For this purpose are according to the invention on the base the bayonet pins attached at different heights and also the bayonet slots the socket sleeve designed according to different depths. It is therefore a commitment the lamp in the socket only possible if every bayonet pin is in it associated, different deep bayonet slot is introduced.
In the drawing, the invention is based on two different electrical designs Multifilament light bulbs illustrated.
Abb. Fig. Ι shows one embodiment of the multi-filament incandescent lamp in a front view. Fig. 2 is a side view of Fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows the other embodiment the multifilament light bulb in view.
Figs. 4 and 5 show the filament of the lamps shown in Figs graphically on a larger scale.
Fig. 6 shows a lamp base designed according to the invention with associated Version in a graphical representation. Figure 7 is a bottom plan view of the base.
Fig. 8 schematically shows the circuit diagram of the lamp shown in Fig. 1.
1, 2 and 4 has in the usual way a bell 10, a base n, a support frame 12 and three luminous elements 13, 14 and 15. The V-shaped spiral luminous elements 13 and 14 are high Luminous intensity and arranged in such a way that the luminous element 14 lies in the plane laid through the longitudinal axis of the lamp and that of the luminous element 13 lies parallel thereto. If the lamp is used for headlight purposes, that is to say installed in a parabolic reflector, the luminous element 14 is in the focal point and the other luminous element 13 is somewhat to the side. The third luminous element 15 has a low light intensity and serves as a parking light. As Fig. 4 shows, four power supply wires 16, 17, 18 and 19 are provided. The power supply wire 16 is on the support wire 16 '. of the filament 13 connected, the other end of which is connected to the support wire X , which in turn is conductively connected to the support wire 19 '. The power supply wire 17 leads to the support wire 17 ', which leads to the luminous element 14, the other end of which is connected to the support wire 19'. The power supply wire 18 is through the support wire 18 'to the
Die anderen Stromzuführungsdrähte 16,· 17, 18 führen zu drei Bodenkontakte 20, 21 und 22 des Sockels (Abb. 7).Luminous body 15 connected, which on the other hand is conductively connected to the support wire X. The power supply wire 19 connected to the base shell therefore forms the common return line for all three luminous bodies. The other power supply wires 16, 17, 18 lead to three ground contacts 20, 21 and 22 of the base (Fig. 7).
The multi-filament incandescent lamp shown in Fig. 3 also has three luminous bodies 13, 14 and 15 provided, only that in this one Fall the filament 13 and 14 symmetrically to the lamp axis and accordingly Use of the lamp in parabolic reflectors also arranged symmetrically to the focal point are. The connections of the luminous bodies with the support or power supply wires are evident from Fig. 5 and are essentially the same as those according to Fig. 4.
The base 11 shown in Figs In a known manner, lamps have two diametrically opposed bayonet pins 23, 24. The pins are here in a novel way in different Altitude, namely the pin 23 has a smaller distance from the lower edge of the Socket than the pin 24. The socket sleeve 25 has two starting from its upper edge Bayonet slots 26, 27, which are formed differently deep, such that the Slot 26 for receiving the base pin 23 and the slot 27 for receiving the pin 24 can serve. By this arrangement of the bayonet pins on the one hand and training the Bayonet slots, on the other hand, ensure that the lamp is always correctly inserted into the socket and thus a correct position of the filament is ensured. Namely, if accidentally an attempt is made to insert the lamp into the socket rotated by 180 °, so the socket pin 23 would abut the bottom of the slot 27 before the pin 24 has reached the bottom of the other slot 26 and it would therefore be impossible to use the Rotate the lamp to insert the pins into the notches 26 ', 27' of the slots.
According to the circuit diagram according to FIG. 8, a line leads from one pole of the battery 29 30 to a switch 31, around which the switch contacts 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 are arranged. A line 37 leads from the contact 32 to the luminous element 13 with a high Light intensity and from here to earth 38 through the common return conductor 19. One Line 39 leads from contact 33 to the other luminous element 14 of high light intensity and also through conductor 19 back to earth 38. A line 40 leads also from the contact 34 to the luminous element 15 of low light intensity, which also is connected to the earth 38 through the common return conductor 19. Are finally two lines 41 and 42 are also provided, which connect the contacts 35 and 36 to the lines Connect 39 and 37. If the switch 31 is set to the contact 32, so will the luminous element 13 operated; if, on the other hand, it is set to contact 33, as shown is, the luminous element 14 is supplied with power. Is the switch on the Contact 34 set, the parking light lamp ι S is operated, and if the Switch is finally turned so far that it bridges contacts 35 and 36, so will the two luminous bodies 13 and 14 of high light intensity at the same time and in parallel switched operated.
The new formation of bayonet socket and socket can be used in the same way with such multi-filament incandescent lamps, which have only two luminous elements or more than three luminous elements.
