in größeren Grenzen variieren.
Electromagnetic overcurrent release When using overcurrent relays
with dependent or independent time setting, the difficulty arises that,
the anchor only after overcoming the time inhibition on the release parts of the switch
can act, d. H. the force with which these parts can move will never
be the same, but rather through the inhibition of the time element that occurred before
vary within larger limits. To eliminate this error and always with the
the same force to trigger the switch latches, the following is used
Arrangement in which the main armature of the magnet does not cause the actual tripping,
but this after a time that can be set by the time inhibition before or later
Contact for the supply of a coil attached to the magnet, which is the actual
The release anchor attracts and thus always causes the release with the same force. These
The coil is fed by a winding on the yoke of the overcurrent magnet
is appropriate. The actual overcurrent magnet also serves as a magnet for
the main armature and as a current transformer for the second tripping armature.
Wicklung e arbeiten.
The arrangement can be seen from the drawing. a is the core of the overcurrent magnet, b the main armature, c the main current winding, d the transformer winding that works on one winding e. The latter is located on a secondary iron circle f attached to the magnet a , which can be closed by the switch-off armature g. The circuit for supplying the auxiliary winding e is normally open at h. i is a timing relay that must be overcome in the event of an overcurrent before b can close contact h , whereby min can make contact at h earlier or later by means of a corresponding regulating device. In normal operation the arrangement works in the following way: If overcurrent occurs in c, a will attract its armature b. After overcoming the counterforce of the time escapement, the contact will close at h and consequently the coil d on the core a will work on the winding e. LastQ will induce the associated iron pathway. The armature g will fold in, thereby triggering the switch.
