Rotary switch with drive plate for the ratchet wheel The object
The invention relates to the arrangement of a game between a ratchet and its
Driving plate on rotary switches with a wave-shaped contact track, which causes the falling
and last half of the switching movement with the help of the arranged in a known manner
and pressure spring acting vertically on the IV slave disk and the ratchet wheel automatically
he follows. The advantages of this arrangement are firstly in the convenience of the
Right and left switching with lead in switches of this special type and second
in the easy transfer to existing similar constructions without costly
Tool changes. In addition, the handle has little lateral play,
which in the event of an inadvertent slight lateral impact against the operating handle
prevents unwanted switching.
The principle of the invention is shown schematically in Figs.
Fig. I shows the side view of the activated mechanism,
the Fig. z its plan and the Fig. 3 to 5 handled the switching process in
its different phases. For a clear understanding, however, superfluous and
Components of the switch not relating to the subject matter of the invention are omitted.
Zustand an.
On a switch base i are immovably rigid in their position
Latch contacts 2 whose contact surfaces facing the ratchet 3 are advantageous
Notches of the ratchet wheel 3 are designed in a correspondingly roof-shaped manner. The rest
The shaped contact bridge ¢ sits on the latch contacts 2 facing
Area of the ratchet 3, so that depending on the switching position, the current circuit mediates
or is interrupted. The right and left rotation of the ratchet 3 takes place by
that the drive plate 7 coupled to the selector shaft 6 is against the lugs
5 of the ratchet puts. The compression spring 8 lies against the one hand with the
Shift shaft 6 firmly united abutment disk 9 and on the other hand against the drive plate
7 and pushes through this again on the ratchet 3, so that in a known manner the
Momentary switching comes about. The invention consists in that between the
Drive plate 7 and the ratchet 3_ there is a horizontal game, which
lets the falling and last half of the switching movement take place automatically, d.
H. this last and falling switching movement to the next following detent of the ratchet wheel
3 now takes place momentarily and rapidly, as this part of the switching movement is unhindered
and independent of the temporal (slow) actuation of the shift axis 6 and slave disk
7 is. An embodiment is shown in Figs. I to 5 in particular by the
Drive plate 7 arranged recesses 9 shown so that z. B. the
right-hand switching process, as explained below, takes place. Fig. 3 indicates
here the mechanism unwound (the same. Fig. q. and 5) and switched off
State on. The end of the recesses 9 lies against the lugs 5 of the ratchet wheel.
By turning the shift shaft 6 and the drive plate 7, the ratchet wheel 3 is taken along
and routed to the apex of the latching contacts 2 (Fig. q.). The further movement
of the ratchet wheel (see Fig. 5) now takes place automatically, tearing, as a result of the spring pressure P
and falling into the next notch of the ratchet 3 without. the drive plate
7 is taken or without this hindering the fast switching process, since
the nose 5 can move freely in the recess 9 by half the switching movement.
The next and switched-on position of the ratchet is shown in Fig. I.
The switching process when turning the axis to the left takes place in the same way.
