In der Mitte eines Bootes befindet sich ein verticales Rohr α, welches am Boden in einer
Spurpfanne oben durch ein in Bordhöhe befestigtes Halslager gehalten wird. Ein aus
U-Eisen construirter Rahmen wird auf α vermittelst einer Gabel mit Gleitrollen i oben geführt,
während die Führung des Rahmens unten durch zwei in U- Eisen h befindliche
Schlitze vor sich geht. Rohr α hat oben eine Kettenrolle b und über derselben eine Oese u,
von welcher Spannketten nach dem Bord des Bootes führen, um α möglichst stabil zu
machen. Die über b gelegte, am Rahmen befestigte Kette trägt am anderen Ende ein auf a

Will man den Apparat nach Beendigung der Arbeit oder aus anderen Gründen in die Höhe
heben, so genügt ein kleiner Druck auf den Griff des Gegengewichtes d.
