loser Kopplung, also großer Streuung und großem Magnetisierungsstrom ausgeführt
Circuit for compounding a cascade of an induction main motor
and commutator back machine By patent 3 ¢ 8 164 is a circuit for the
Compounding a cascade of induction motor and commutator rear machine became known,
in which the commutator rear machine is connected to the slip rings of the
Main motor connected and with the armature of a special exciter in
Series-connected excitation winding is provided, and also the excitation machine
in turn is equipped with two of its own, of mutual magnetic influence
freed excitation windings, one of which has an adjustable ohmic series resistor
directly from the rotor slip rings of the main motor, the second from it
the secondary winding of a primary with the rotor winding of the main motor and the
Rotor winding of the rear machine connected in series, if necessary with adjustable
ratio equipped transformer is fed. The accuracy
the compounding required in this known circuit that that of the latter
The excitation winding of the excitation machine is as proportional as possible to the current flowing into the exciter
Is the product of the load current of the main motor and the hatching frequency. is
the primary winding of the aforementioned transformer from the rotor current of the main motor
flow through, then with close coupling of the two transformer windings would also
the secondary current, including the second excitation winding of the exciter
feeding current, proportional to the rotor current of the main motor and thus the load current
be the cascade. When the two windings are closely coupled, the desired one is also achieved
Proportionality with the product of load current and secondary frequency is not
achieved. In order to achieve this proportionality, that transformer would have to be
loose coupling, i.e. large scatter and large magnetizing current
will. This further requires; that the impedance of the relevant excitation circuit as possible
would have to be designed independently of the secondary frequency, so that the influence is not
the voltage component of the transformer proportional to the frequency by the
.A corresponding increase in the resistance of the excitation circuit would be compensated. to
For this purpose, an ohmic resistor was connected in the excitation circuit, which is a
This was a multiple of the reactance of this circle and thus the impedance of the influence
the frequency change almost completely freed. All of these measures made that one
The circuit is complicated and expensive, especially since the transformer is multiple
turned out larger than was necessary to deliver the excitation power itself. As well as
the additional, relatively large ohmic resistance, as well as the loose coupling of the
Transformer windings increased the model size
of the above
Transformer, which, moreover, was expediently designed with an air gap and therefore
took up a large magnetizing current.
These disadvantages of the known circuit are now intended according to the invention
be avoided by foregoing the exactness of the proportionality
of the excitation current mentioned with the product of the load current and the secondary frequency
brings about a considerable simplification of the circuit and adjustability
of the transformation ratio in the transformer, a subsequent regulation of the slip
enables.
direkt proportionalen kleineren Strom umwandelt. The simplest solution to the problem arises from the
direct series connection of the second excitation winding of the excitation machine
the rotor winding of the main motor and the rotor winding of the rear machine, see above
so that this excitation winding from the respective main current .the cascade flowed through
will. So here the resistor and the transformer are no longer used at all.
However, if it is appropriate to dimension the field winding for smaller currents, it can
So the intermediate transformer is not to be dispensed with, then it should be used as a transformer
. a pure current transformer with a small magnetizing current can be used, the
under any load the main current of the cascade flowing in its primary winding
via its secondary winding to one. the respective main stream flowing in the cascade
converts directly proportional smaller current.
