Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zange zum Herausdrücken von sehr fest eingetriebenen, teilweise abgenutzten Steckstollen aus Hufeisen. Durch die Verwendung der Vorrichtung sollen Hammerschläge oder sonstige den Pferdehuf schädigende und das Eisen lokkernde Arbeiten vermieden werden. Die Zange hat eine gebogene, dornförmig endigende, den Stollen von innen hintergreifende ίο Ausstoßbacke und eine Widerlagbacke, an deren ausgesparten Stirnfläche sich eine von drei Seiten begrenzte Hohlkehle anschließt, die den mittels der Ausstoßbacke aus dem Eisen gestoßenen Stollen durchfallen läßt. Der Schenkel der Zangen, der die Ausstoßbacke trägt, wird durch einen oder mehrere Hebel bewegt. Der Schenkel kann z. Das Maul der Zange wird von einer hornförmigen Ausstoßbacke α und einer Widerlagbacke b gebildet. Erstere ist bei c an dem gegabelten Ansatz b' des Griffschenkels B drehbar gelagert und hat einen rückwärtigen Hebelfortsatz r, gegen welchen die exzentrische Stirnfläche des einen Armes p eines zweiarmigen, auf einem Zapfen j schwingbaren Hebels wirkt, dessen anderer Arm q mittels eines Zapfens ί in einem Längsschlitz j eines Handhebels A eingreift, der am Griffschenkel B der Zange drehbar gelagert ist. Durch eine innerhalb des gegabelten Ansatzes V angeordnete Feder f wird beim Anheben des Hebels A die hornförmige Backe a nach außen und damit der Fortsatz r gegen den Hebel gedrückt.
