Description

Process for the production of particularly strong ones that are more suitable for weaving Rayon from rayon Various attempts have been made to Manufacture particularly fine threads from rayon, which are in the thickness of the individual threads like real silk. It was clear that such a silk was one would have extraordinarily high softness and high coverage. which they especially would have to make suitable for woven silk. The paths taken so far to produce them but have not yet led to the desired goal.

In British patent 8o83 / igo2 it was recommended to use viscose solution subject to the so-called stretch spinning process, which consists in producing a Viscose solution emerging from a wide opening very slowly undergoes coagulation to subdue in order to have the possibility of applying the thick emerging jet to the desired Delicacy over a long distance, so gradually take off. But this procedure has neither with the viscose after with the copper cellulose process, for which: it in particular was determined, assumed a technical meaning, because: it`s suitable for the large-scale enterprise proved to be too complicated, because a thread formation over a long distance is one action difficult to perform.

With the present method one has the then state of the art leave, after which it was assumed that only by slow coagulation from cellulose solution a fine rayon thread is to be pulled. The procedure goes with strong .coagulant Solutions to the thread formation and only ensures through the use of fine spinning orifices that fine rays of viscose enter the Fällba-d, here the immediate Subject to coagulation. In order to tie these fine threads tight, he'll do it fine thread formed passed through a long spinning line.

In the patents 20 [15] and 163 293 apparatuses are described which provide long spinning sections for the resulting threads. However, it is not stated there how the coagulation process must be carried out in order to obtain particularly fine-fiber silk.

To obtain such threads one proceeds as follows: A carefully cleaned and particularly well filtered viscose solution is brought in a suitable manner to a spinneret, the openings of which have a diameter of 0.08 mm. The spinneret is arranged so that the surface bearing the holes is vertical so that the threads emerge laterally and can be pulled off in the horizontal direction. The known acidic, highly concentrated salt baths of sodium bisulfate and the like, which have an immediate coagulating effect, are advantageously used as the precipitation bath. If the thread is passed 35 cm through the spinning bath, at a take-off speed of about 30111 per minute, one has to pull it out of the bath onto the bobbins or over rollers or glass rods that are in the liquid itself Take out centrifuge etc. The liquid resistance to be overcome when the thread bundle is drawn off horizontally causes the individual threads of the rayon to separate and that the hardening and precipitating effect of the precipitation bath on these fine structures can take place most vigorously. The further processing of the wound threads or those laid in cake form is done in a known manner by washing, drying, etc.
