Description

Lufterhitzer, insbesondere für Trocknungszwecke, mit schlangenartig verlaufenden Luft- und Heizkanälen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Lufterhitzer, der insbesondere für Trocknungszwecke verwendet wird. Der Erhitzer ist in bekannter Weise mit schlangenförmig verlaufenden Luft- und Heizkanälen. versehen. Bisher liefen der Luft- und der Heizstrom im wesentlichen parallel. zueinander, wodurch die Bildung vors. einzelnen Schichten der Luft, d. h. von Schächten verschiedener Temperaturen und Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten, bedingt wurde. Diese BiIdung der Grenzschlchlben innerhalb des Luftstromes bat den Nachteil, daß eine gleichmäßige Durchwärmung der gesamten Luftschicht behindert wird. Dieser Nachteil wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch behoben, daß die zwischen den Windungen liegenden Stück der beiden Kanäle sich rechtwinklig kreuzen.
