Button part for suspender clip. The subject of the invention
forming button part for garter clamp is characterized by the construction of the button
and the support plate. The button is held securely by the support plate at all times,
without the need for special fasteners such as rivets or the like. Although such
If there are no special fasteners, the button is always locked to the support plate.
The support plate is in two parts; the two halves overlap and can
are mutually fixed in such a way that they form a single solid plate,
by which the button is secured against any movement. This is done according to the invention
in that each support plate half has an incision, which they finite

3 a modification according to Fig. I.
i bzw. 2; 3 ist der voll diesen aufzunehmende Knopf. Der obere Tragplattenteil i
mit der Mündung i i.
According to the invention, the button part for suspender clamps ordered according to the first embodiment of an upper and a lower support plate half i and 2; 3 is the button to be fully accommodated. The upper support plate part i is formed from a thin metal plate. This plate has an outer opening 5 for receiving a belt i Q and at the open end of an incision 6 which runs in the longitudinal direction of the plate and which receives the shaft of the button 3 and which adapts in shape and dimensions to the cross-section of the button shaft, two lateral bulges q .. In the drawing, the incision 6 is rectangular; but it can also have any shape deviating from the circle. The incision mouth is denoted by j. The lower plate half 2 is designed in the same way. It has a transverse opening 8, two lateral bulges 9 and a longitudinal incision io with the mouth i i. The button 3 has a head 12, a shaft 13 and a base plate 1q .. The head 12 can be of any shape; in the illustrated embodiment, it is elongated. When the button part is assembled, its longitudinal axis is transverse to the holder. The shaft 13 has a rectangular cross-section and its shape corresponds to the incisions 6 and 10 of the two plate halves. The shaft is also equipped with a ledge projection 13 ' on two opposite sides. The base plate i-. of the button is designed as a flange 15 and occurs everywhere opposite the shaft 13 .
In order to unite the support plate halves i, 2 and the head 12, m, än leads the button shaft 13 into the open end ii of the incision io of the lower support plate half 2, until the front surface of the shaft 13 abuts the incision end at the rear. Then you slide the upper support plate half i over the lower a. Here, the button shaft 13 enters the open end of the incision 6 and slides therein until the rear side of the shaft abuts against the incision end. The base plate 14 of the button underpins both halves of the support plate and engages laterally over both incisions io and 6 so that the button cannot be lifted out of the support plate. The ledge projections 13 'of the button shaft 13 are received by grooves 13 ″ in the opposite ends of the incisions 6 and io open end 1i of incision io is closed by plate I. As a result, any longitudinal movement of the button out of the incisions is prevented. So that the two support plate halves do not shift mutually, the upper plate half i has projections 16 and the lower plate half 2 depressions 17, which at Interlocking together (Fig. 2). Mutual slipping is also prevented by the inelastic strap 18. After the individual parts have been put together, the strap is guided from top to bottom through the overlapping lateral bulges .4 and the transverse opening 8 (see Fig at 19 in Fig. 2) Then he steps under button 3 and is pushed through the gl in the case of overlapping lateral bulges 9 and the transverse opening 5 (see Fig. .at 2o) back up. Then it steps under the button again (see at 21) and at 22 is folded up into a loop 23. The at = the ends of the belt are then sewn together at 24. These seams are immediately at the end of the support plate parts, so that the latter are firmly held together.
In the second exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, 25 designates the upper and: 26 the lower support plate part, while the button is designated 27. The upper support plate part 25 is equipped at each end with belt openings 28, 29 running in the longitudinal direction, between which there is an open, right-angled incision 30 , which is of suitable dimensions for receiving the button shaft 31. The mouth of the incision 30 is denoted by 32. At the rear closed end of the incision there is a groove 33 for receiving the ledge projection 34 located on the base plate 35 of the button. The lower support plate part 26 is designed in the same way. It has belt openings 36, 37 on the two long sides and an open, rectangular incision 38 in between, the mouth of which is designated by 39. The rear closed end of the incision 38 has a groove 40 for receiving the strip orsprun.gs 34. During assembly, the plate halves 25, 26 are pushed over the button shaft from the side. The incisions 30, 38 then lie one above the other in the opposite direction so that the open end of one incision is covered by the closed end of the other incision. The belt, not shown, can be guided through the support plate halves in a similar manner to that which has been illustrated and described in FIG.
