Description

Einrichtung zum Außerbetriebsetzen der Wäschedrehrollen. Bei den elektrisch angetriebenen Drehrollen kommt es vielfach vor, daß die Rollkaule in der Eile nicht mit der nötigen Sorgfalt eingeschoben wird und daher nicht ihre richtige Lage zum Belastungskasten erhält, oder daß die Kaule schlecht mit Wäsche umwickelt ist, so daß sie nicht mitrollt, sondern ein Anreichern der Wäsche am unrichtigen Orte verursacht. - Diese angehäufte Wäsche oder aber die falsch eingelegte Kaule selbst verhindert ein Weiterrollen zusammen mit dem Rollenkasten; letzterer wird deshalb schließlich über die Kaule hinwegrutschen und herabkippen. In diesem Falle wird nun der Kasten .bei seinem Rückwärtshube, da ihm die Kaule als Widerlager fehlt, sich über Gebühr senken und, wenn er mit seiner Stirnkante an die Kaule stößt, diese vor sich herschieben und zunächst zwischen Rollenkasten und den Gestenstützen einklemmen. Infolge des dem sich bewegenden schweren Kasten innewohnenden Beharrungsvermögens werden nun, da Motor, Riemen und Einrückkuppelung usw. weiter wirken, Kaule, Lager, Zahnräder u. a. m. zu Bruche gehen oder gar die Stirnwand aus dem Rollenkasten herausgerissen werden.
